The Learning Process
At the primary level (classes I to IV) inspiration is drawn from the roots of our culture to make the child learn through play way–methods. Knowledge is communicated as a meaningful experience. The ideas of imparting education to the children are innovative and it helps in building the overall personality of the children. Practical demonstrations, experiments, games, learning subjects through multimedia systems are a part of the process. Reinforcement is done through dramatization of all lessons learnt, by the students themselves. This makes the child think, feel and act - thereby knowledge is internalized.
The evaluation system
The KTS Public School follows the system of continuous evaluation, where oral or written tests are conducted regularly, on completion of each chapter and hence, the preparedness of every student comes as naturally as Know Thy Self. The performance of students is assessed on the basis of their class work, terminal and final examination held in pre-defined schedule as per the details below:(A performance record is sent to the parents after each of the above exams.)
